Since its inception our project has contemplated a friendly relationship with the environment, not only due to compliance with the WHO guidelines on good agricultural and harvesting practices, but also due to the phytosanitary management of the crop. Considering the medicinal destination of the inflorescences which require special care, we use biological and organic products, and follow the criteria of Integrated Pest Management.
