We have incorporated, among our partners, La Micaela Orgánicos, an enterprise for the production of organic vegetables and greens certified by the Agrotechnology Network, which has been active, in the town of Cerrillos (Canelones), for many years.

They carry out agroecological production, in balance and harmony with the environment and are governed by the principles common to the organic movement proposed by the International Federation of Organic Farming Movements:

Health – Ecological agriculture must support and improve the health of the soil, animal plants, human beings and the planet as one indivisible.

Ecology – Organic farming must be based on living ecological systems and cycles, work with them, imitate them and help sustain them.

Justice – Organic agriculture must build relationships that ensure justice in relation to the common environment and opportunities for life.

Watch out – Organic farming must be managed in a precautionary and responsible way to protect the health and well-being of current and future generations and the environment.
